Registration Information

Advance registration is now closed.

You may register in person during the event at the

NJ Audubon desk in the lobby of the Grand Hotel.

Daily Registration

Registration is based on a "daily" fee, not individual field trips or programs.  Daily registration includes all the field trips, workshops, programs, and activities (other than those noted requiring advance registration and fee).  Lodging, meals and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.

Up to four people can register on a single form but only the
primary registrant will receive a confirmation email and will be mailed all the festival material.  Festival material will include name badges for each day registered, a full schedule of activities including exact meeting times and places, descriptions, a festival map and birding checklist.  Tickets will be provided for anyone registered for an Evening Program.  Boat tickets will not be provided but registrants will be on a list to the leader / captain.

Review your materials before the festival; registrants can pick and choose what they want to do for the days of their registration.  You change your mind during the course of day and want to do something else - or - there is something coming up that you would like to do and you need to leave an activity early - no problem, you are free to come and go at will.

Additional Activities (those marked ♦)

Additional activities, such as boat trips, evening programs, are available separately and do not require a daily registration fee.  You may register for just a boat trip or an evening program.  The exception is the Coast Guard Base trip which is ONLY available to Saturday's registrants.

Deadline & Cancellations

Pre-registration ends on Wednesday, May 1
so registrations packets can be mailed.

Anyone wanting to register after Wednesday, May 1 can register in person at the NJ Audubon desk in the lobby of the Grand Hotel or at CMBO’s Center for Research & Education in Goshen during the festival.

If you must cancel, please call Deb Shaw at 609.861.0700 (ext 10) by May 1.  Cancellations will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, in the manner they were received.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 1.

Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel or substitute any activity when necessary.  If a special activity (those marked ♦) must be cancelled, a refund will be issued after the festival, or you may consider making it a donation.  Contact Deb Shaw at 609.861.0700 (ext 10) after the event.
