NJ Audubon is a partner agency within
the Essex County Environmental Center.

New Jersey Audubon and the County of Essex have entered into an educational programming partnership.

New Jersey Audubon provides Outreach Programs for all ages and groups, Birding Field Trips in Essex County, Saturday Family Programs and Summer Nature Day Camp.

Building hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / Closed Sundays

Trails: Open dawn to dusk seven days a week.

Canoe Launch: Public access to the canoe launch is open to vehicles during business hours.  Off hours the launch access is by foot only.

Closings: The Essex County Environmental Center is now OPEN on Holidays except: New Years' Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
