Greg Cantrell, a New Jersey Audubon member, citizen scientist, and avid birder will be completing a New Jersey Big Year, during 2013, searching out as many bird species as he can find in the Garden State. His goal is to identify at least 300 bird species - a task made even more challenging by the impacts of Superstorm Sandy on some of our state's best birding spots. Follow Greg's blog, and Facebook page.
Please consider sharing news of bird sightings with him.
He is also raising funds for the New Jersey Audubon Citizen Science program.
