WATERBIRD SOCIETY MEETING 2009, Cape May, NJ
Lodging will be at the Grand Hotel, which is also the meeting venue.
We have reserved rooms for the Waterbird Society meeting at a special rate of $ 93/night for rooms that sleep 2-4 people, and $140/night for suites that sleep up to 6 people. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum for Friday and Saturday night stays (i.e. cannot reserve Friday or Saturday only).

If you prefer to make reservation by phone the Hotel toll free number is (800) 257-8550. Let the registration desk staff that you wish to reserve accommodations for the "Audubon - Waterbird" conference in November. That will separate us from NJAudubon autumn weekend. You can provide the Group ID (66149) but the name works better if by telephone. If there is a problem ask for Debbie, the front desk manager.
The Grand Hotel is located on the beachfront in Cape May and is the largest full service resort and conference center in New Jersey south of Atlantic City. The Grand Hotel offers 165 sleeping rooms, two ballrooms, five conference rooms and four breakout rooms. The private banquet rooms are uniquely suited for any size affair. The Penthouse Ballroom is located on the fifth floor and can accommodate 500 guests for banquet service or 900 attendees for meetings. It boasts a breath taking panoramic view of the beach and the Victorian splendor of the town. In short, it’s meeting, catering and conference facilities allow the luxury of holding all facets of the meeting in one facility, thus eliminating the need to travel from lodging facility to meeting facility.
