A WHITE IBIS was found at Mill Creek Marsh in Secaucus Jun 16.
Eight MISSISSIPPI KITES were reported over Berkeley Heights Jun 18.
A SWALLOW-TAILED KITE was seen flying over a Kingston home Jun 16.
Great Swamp NWR continues to host an ALDER FLYCATCHER and YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT at the intersection of Pleasant Plains and White Bridge Roads through Jun 19.
The Negri-Nepote Grasslands in Franklin Twp, Somerset County had 5+ GRASSHOPPER SPARROWS, 1-2 DICKCISSELS, and BLUE GROSBEAK this week.
A PROTHONOTARY WARBLER was found at Assiscong Marsh Jun 20.
Reports from Forsythe (Brigantine) NWR this week included 1-2 MARBLED GODWITS, an AMERICAN AVOCET, a KING RAIL, CASPIAN TERN, and BLUE GROSBEAK.
A LEAST BITTERN was heard singing at Mannington Marsh Jun 16. Also in Salem County were NORTHERN BOBWHITE, BOBOLINKS, and EASTERN MEADOWLARKS at Featherbed Lane.
